Class Cancellation |
All cancellations need at least 1-day notice. If you cancel with less than 1-day notice, you lose your paid-for class. If a tutor cancels with less than 1-day notice, The class will be rescheduled. Students need to send an email to request for a cancellation to be added on our scheduling system. |

Scheduling conditions |
Students are responsible for checking their scheduled classes in the online scheduling system. Eleven12 is not responsible for wrong booking times or dates. Scheduled times in the online scheduling system are in Eastern time zone, day & time. We recommend using a time converter. You can pay for and reserve classes anytime you want, 24/7. You can study with the same tutor at the same time every week. If your tutor is unavailable, you can select another equally qualified tutor. |

Class length |
Each 1-hour class includes a 45-minute online conversation class and a 15-minute discussion to create a personalized class report, with more corrections, explanations, tips, quizzes, homework and feedback. |

Referral Program |
You can receive $5 off your next booking if you referred a student. If a group of students, it's $5 off per head or a free class (whichever is lower). |

Free services & products |
Free E-Books, classes, progress reports & gift cards are available after completing a certain portion of your course, depending on your chosen program |

Termination and suspension |
The service reserves the right to suspend and/or terminate any user with or without notice at any time in its sole discretion, for any reason or no reason. You agree that, if you are suspended and/or terminated, you will make no further use of the site after termination or during suspension. Violation of terms and conditions will instantly result in termination of the members and forfeiting the dues as a penalty for tutors. The termination; as stated above, may include, but not limited to the following reasons;
